ARNOLD TOWN GIRLS & LADIES FC RE-BRANDING AS ARNOLD EAGLES GIRLS & LADIES FC
Arnold Town Girls & Ladies FC are leaving Arnold Town and re-branding as Arnold Eagles Girls & Ladies FC. The move will see the 7 teams entered into the Nottinghamshire Girls &Ladies League adopting the new club name with immediate effect. The two teams in the East Midlands Women’s Regional Football League will remain as Arnold Town for this coming season, playing at Eagle Valley.
Arnold Eagles Girls & Ladies FC will play their home games at Calverton Miners Welfare FC on Hollinwood Lane and will be administered by the previous Arnold Town Girls & Ladies FC committee.
The new club has been formed as a result of irreconcilable differences between the Directors of Arnold Town FC Ltd and the Girls & Ladies section. Arnold Eagles Girls & Ladies FC would like to stress that they have no problems with the Youth section or the Men’s first team at Arnold Town and wish both the very best for the future.
We look forward to an enjoyable future with our current 120+ players, who will be able to carry on playing their football under our new name at a new home venue.
