The club are delighted to announce Courtney Walters has agreed to join the First Coaching team.
Manager Neil Matthews was delighted with the appointment
“I am delighted that Courtney has agreed to join our coaching team. She is already highly respected by our players and coaches and will bring a wealth of experience and talent to the role. Courtney has played regional level football for many years and her knowledge and insight of the women’s game will be invaluable as we develop our squad. I have no doubt that having someone of Courtney’s calibre join our coaching team is a major boost for the Club.”
First team coach Matt Button also added:
“Courtney’s experience of Regional level football in the East Midlands League is second to none. All the other members of the coaching staff and myself are excited to work alongside her.
In addition her value in both the dressing room on match days (when we are allowed back in) and on the recruitment front will I’m sure prove to be essential parts of the future success of all the Arnold Eagles Senior Section teams.”
The club is proud to have another female coach at the club and continues to be dedicated in helping girls and ladies make the transition from playing to coaching.
