| Match Report | Arnold Town Ladies suffered their heaviest defeat of the season last night at the hands of Notts County ladies Development team. Conceding within the first 3 minutes knocked the stuffing out of a team who have trained and played with confidence over the last few weeks. County kept the goals coming and found themselves 3 nil up at the break. Arnold still created 7 chances in that 45 minutes which gave them hope. The second half was even worse for the visitors, conceding another 6 goals including 2 penalties. Back to the drawing board but it is a long season and Manager Andy Ingle is confident that hard work will change the fortunes of the club. |
